Life is a scream, Life is a hoot,
In a zoot suit, on a toot-toot,
With a razzle-dazzle twist and a fuddle-fuddle boot,
You’re strutting like a jellybean, totally cute.
Giddy-up, flip-flop, and give a loud “hee-hee,”
While the dolled-up dames shout, “Ain't that the bee's knees?”
Don’t be a wet blanket, join the jamboree,
Let's hop, skip, and jazz it, wild and free!
Twirls and giggles, a plop and a pop,
Belly laughs bounce as we belly-flop.
A snazzy little rhyme with a wink and a flick,
Life’s too short...let's get our kicks!
A giggle, a shimmy, a zippity-zap,
Twirling our petticoats in a clap-clap clap.
Don’t be a damp rag, don't be a dud,
We’re turning the world into a fizz and a thud!
With a hocus-pocus, and a zippity-zing,
We’re skipping the hop and doing the swing.
Snaps and taps, we're popping the cork,
In a hoot, in a holler, let’s go for a walk!
A snappy chapeau, a high-heeled sashay,
Flipping our hair in a most fabulous way.
So let’s set the world on a merry tilt,
Spinning in circles ‘til the sky's made of quilt!
We’re jiving, we’re jiving, no need for a plan,
We’re a crackerjack crew, and that’s who I am!
With a wink, with a nudge, we’re out for a ride,
On this zany old rollercoaster, side by side!
“Life’s a hoot, so let’s make sure we’re the ones doing the screaming!”
