Anger
Anger
All I see, all I feel,
Is violence and rage. nothing real.
Why does anger burn so bright?
Why does hatred feel so right?
People push, people fight,
But I canβt stand the sight.
A hollow space, a sinking hole,
Anger creeping, taking hold.
If jealousy were a crime,
Would emotions be confined?
Must I silence what I feel,
Or let my pain become too real?
One day, I will let it go,
Iβll lose the weight, let anger flow.
And maybe then, in light of day,
Someone else will see the way.
