River has many things

clouds drift
mists away
trees escort
and schools of fish
cruise ships sail by
bridges over
a hundred years old
bicycles and cars
flying by with wheels
moss and grass
and the eyes of an African lion
and invisible turtles
sands move
winds
people on the riverbank
all this and more
They are all alone

connected but apart
they are not lonely
because they love each other.
