How do I stop the thoughts?
No one can help me
That's why when you tell me to go to therapy
I say no
How can they possibly help me?
Rewire my brain?
Stop the thoughts in their tracks?
I shudder at the thought
I obsessively think about my obsessive thinking and what would happen if I didn't obsessively think and obsess and obsess and obsess and obsess and obsess and obsess and obsess and obsess and obsess
I think I used to be more normal
I think I'm getting worse
Because I can't control this
And it's all in my head
But I can't stop it
And I really don't know if this is normal or not
Because all I know is this.
