Did it have to come
from holy tears?
Is that what it takes
to get you here?

The prettiest clouds
In the calmest sky
On the saddest day
Of a young man's life

Even the flowers
Have boasted with color
Picking this very day
to bloom for the lovers

But his blood, so red,
running inside his veins
Is Raging like a river
With all he can't contain

A heavenly host may gather
To welcome the newly found
But his love is hosted by fury
As her wings leave the ground
