Trials
The sun will rise, and the sun will set,
Everyday, the older you get,
Daily lessons , taught yourself,
Experience gained, set atop a shelf.
Mental problems thought to be,
A silent solemn catastrophe.
I heard wisdom comes with age,
I see different , turn the page,
Wisdom seems to come with trials,
Placed in front, stretched out for miles,
Some will make and some will break,
Lessons out there for the take,
Failing and falling down,
Just remember not to frown,
Get back up a little wiser,
Throw the gas on the fire,
Ignite the flame that is your brain,
Live your life it's open bar,
Just don't forget who you are.
