Untitled
I stared at the abandoned castle
With a great sadness in my heart.
In its ruined state, there was proof
Of long forgotten greatness.
What happened inside those walls, I slowly forgot
As the wind ate at its walls
And time ate at my memory
I let nothing eat at my heart
I could never forget what I once felt
The happiness and the pain
I felt inside those walls,
I yearn for those days when they stood tall
