Spots outlining muscles along my back
Make my gentle heart crack
Long ago I adorned flawless skin
When I was only a kin
Though it may seem a small concern
Lessons I have yet to learn
Of how to cope with my newfound flaw
Will I rise or lay broken on the floor?
Which holds no answer to my despair
Only distressing me as I bring my hands into a prayer
