Evergreens
They are lonely even
when they are together
Because the gorgeous trees block
between them

When spring comes
There are no new shoots
When summer comes
There are no petals
When fall comes
There are no fruits

When winter comes
The freezing air
The wind blows
The trees
Survive in their underwear
Shivering from the cold
Fall down one by one

They endure on one meal a day
And greet the new year
in the solitude

Evergreen tree
They spend the old year
With calm patience
With unchanging love

When the icicles shine
They are not lonely
Even when they are apart.......
