How could they hate this beauty?
They have never seen the color of your eyes, illuminated by the sun,
Never felt your breath, soft against my neck

They do not know the sweet taste of your kiss
Have not heard the melody of your words
They try to take away what they don’t understand
What they can’t have.

How could they hate this beauty?
