The Siren's Gaze
Her eyes, like pools of jade so deep,
A sirens call, both soft and deep.
They pierce the soul with gentle flame,
And stir the heart to wild acclaim.
A murmur floats upon the breeze,
The rustling hymn of shadowed trees.
Yet in her gaze, the tides arise,
Of love, of loss, of fleeting skies.
A sign within the hearts of all,
Her gaze, a promise sure to fall.
Luring them into an abyss of hope,
Where yearning blooms, yet none may cope.
Her eyes- a beacon, pale and bright,
That guides them deeper into night.
A love they chase, yet cannot claim.
A dream that flickers, still the same.
First poem let me know what you think
