I’ve been told, that men are dumb
So I do truly wonder
what type of man I should become
I’d ask my father
smart and witty
He told me I should give pity
To all those who think
That men are not worth your time
I will tell you with this simple rhyme
Men are not garbage they are people too
For every little piece of man that you chew
Another one sprouts
so desperate for attention
Even a little boy can tell it’s depression
The sadness we feel after the heat we get
Will tears us to pieces , to little shreds
Some people say we deserve all the hate
Some people say we’re just a disgrace
Others will tell us that we have a lot
But I’ll change your mind
with this simple thought
What we had is not what we have
Everyone’s different some happy some sad
So don’t compare us
to the men before us
With the new age I feel we will flourish
This is an important poem to me
