The Constitution
The result of a revolution
The birth of a new nation

The 3 branches abolished
The flames extinguished
The presidential powers relinquished

The president impeached
The last refuge beseeched

Once at our peak
Our outcome is now bleak

The fallen courts
The modern forts

Crime running rampant
The government is absent
We were complacent
Guess this is our consequence

The unrest
We were once blessed
This great nation now oppressed

The fall inevitable

All the remains are shambles
The hope that no more crumbles

A continental war
An ensuing encore

A riot
The bullets
A nation now desolate

The Great depression
Now a recession
The cause a transgression

What now seems like a delusion
It may have all been an illusion
Now let's hope this is the conclusion
This is the completed poem of "The Anarchy (incomplete)" that I previously posted.
