Small droplets hitting the ground
One after another

There is no constant rain
But always pain
Sometimes it hits me like lightning
So sudden it’s frightening

A constant ache
A constant longing
Sometimes vage
Sometimes all encompassing

There is no wall between us
Only the thing you don’t know
That I won’t tell you
Even if it’s true

I miss us
Authenticity
No judgement
Just comfort
