You were once my world, my whispered dream,
Now love’s a shattered, silent scream.
The light that danced in midnight skies
Has dimmed, gone cold before my eyes.

Those icy stares I once adored,
Now cut me deep, a jagged sword.
The hair I’d trace with trembling hands
Is now far beyond my reach’s span.

Your voice, once sweet as lullabies,
Now echoes with unspoken lies.
Each word I hoped you’d softly share
Was lost in cold, indifferent air.

Each day I see your face, unchanged,
While mine is worn with sorrow’s stains.
I tried to love you with all I had,
Now memories haunt and leave me sad.

Stars still shine bright, but I’ve grown blind,
Love slipped through like the sands of time.
Your touch, once all I longed to feel,
Now haunts a heart that will not heal.

I held you close, my dazzling light,
But all that’s left is endless night.
The love that bloomed and made me whole
Now lingers, ghostly in my soul.
