You were always there, a face I couldn’t quite read,
Laughing, hiding something, but I could always felt the need.
With every moment, every reel, I could sense some pain,
A guarded soul, holding memories, trying to break free from the chain.

Your eyes spoke of stories you never told,
Fragments of a past, whispered yet controlled.
And in those fleeting seconds when silence filled the space,
I’d catch a glimpse of something deep, something hard to chase.

The way you carried yourself, like a puzzle only half-complete,
Walking paths with purpose with no desire to ever retreat.
But even in those moments, in the laughs and the games,
You were more than I could put into words, beyond any names.
A quiet storm, calm but strong, never needing to explain,
Holding everything inside, leaving no room for pain.

Even now, I see the layers, though I might never reach
The parts you hold tight, words you’ll never preach.
Yet somehow, I get it, the unsaid feels clear,
In those shadows, you carry stories no one else could hear.

And maybe that’s love, or maybe it’s more...
To honor the silence, the battles you bore.
Knowing there’s beauty even in things unspoken,
And finding strength in the pieces left unbroken.

And now, I look back, watching the years unwind,
Grateful just to know you, even if not fully defined.
If this poem’s our tale, let it unfold with no end...
For a girl who’s more than moments and more than just a friend.
