“your body, my choice”

in this age, you have given sexism a voice. i’ll be forever haunted by “your body, my choice.” in the past, i’ve been tempted to rise along with #metoo, yet as of now, i feel there’s nothing i can do. in reality, i’m powerless against the ignorant mob. i feel my body was a temple that was erected to rob. even before it’s begun, i feel stripped and enraged— my wings clipped, my voice gone from inside this cage.
