New memories, comes and goes.
Like a light in the distant, evanescing.
It shines bright, then just fades swiftly.
Memories like clouds, never lasting.

Leaving shards, sharp as pain.
When mind tries to return, heartache stays.
Trying to move on will only hurts each day.
Pains heavy burden, who knows.

Pain and joy, are like seasons, rotates.
Inevitable cycle are bound to come back.
Memories shift, like drift phantoms fade.
And those phantoms are lost in a haze.
Trying to hike each phase.
