It’s all now a war zone
All because of text.
Each move we make now,
Will be scrutinised, mocked and so much more.
Each sight of each other, whether a glimpse or a stare,
Is like having a knife shoved into my throat.
We all hide behind makes of nonchalance,
But we can’t hide the unbridled hate, pain, insanity, when we are forced to smile at each other.
What were we before?
What are we now?
How long has it been, since we last laughed?
All this fighting makes me sick
This stupid, uncontrollable realm of emotions.
Joy. Sadness. Fear. Lust. Anger
The five primitive emotions that hold it all up, control the mind, and actions, sometimes noticed, sometimes not.
It’s all impulse, no rationality.
And because of such, we are enemies.
So much to lament, all because of emotion
So much to regret, all because of emotion
So much to hate, all because of emotion.
Such is my true enemy, emotion, that will drive the last stake into my coffin
