We built a house by the shore
But never learned to swim
You stirred up a storm that
Ruined it in a whim
The moon is all we got, yet you
Cursed her with Sun’s first prim
Our light-bringer, you said
Yet lived decades in a dim
For the water is filled with wonders
You still stand at the rim
