It's a dance of shadows in the flickering light,
Where truth bends softly, hiding out of sight.
Each step I take, the ground beneath me shifts,
Reality is woven in perception's drifts.

I see the world through a fractured glass,
Every shard reflecting a different past.
What’s clear to you is hazy to me,
We’re both locked in, yet each holds the key.

Through my eyes, the sky might not be blue,
But a swirling mix of a different hue.
You see the dawn, I feel the night,
Both are real, yet neither's right.

In this labyrinth where echoes deceive,
What’s false is true if I believe.
But in the silence, where all thoughts collide,
There lies a truth we cannot hide.

So here I stand, on this narrow ledge,
Between what is and what I pledge.
It’s high nigh oh my, this point of view,
Knowing it’s only my perspective—what a virtue!
