YOU
I don't know what love is like,
so I can't say "I love you"
But I can tell you how I feel
about your existence
You are the tranquility
to my chaotic mind
You quiet the voices that tell me I'm a terrible person, you lessen my worries
You sing me praises even for the little things
Your support gives me strength and courage
Your words of wisdom help my jumbled thoughts
You are darkness, yet you feel like light
Warm and safe, perfect for my worrisome mind
You say I'm perfect in your eyes,
even when my flaws stare at you in the face

"Love," is that it?
It's not "I love you," it's "You are love."
