Because Of You

You found me, When I was finding myself, Shortly after what felt like forever, Falling from the shelf. Just like a picture frame, Moments from the past, Shattering before you, All the joys you've amassed. But as I collected the pieces, I found one, familiar but not known. It fit somehow, it felt like home. Because of you, I'm creating a work of art, So one day I can show you, Just how you've mended, This man's broken heart.
