Girl
Girl, I've alway had holes in my hands
When you came running
I wasn't there
It's funny how you're all the same
The world over
That same face, when something happens to your children
Just like when we were kids
You stopped waiting for me
Saw thru me
The world has taken my power
A power I know I never had
Girl, I've alway had holes in my hands
And still I want to catch you
