Rollercoaster

Slow and steady, anticipation rising Reaching the peak, crest before the dive, speed a bit halting Then it comes, the fall Speed and thrill jumps exponentially, a heart's quick leap I can feel the wind, blood coursing through my veins Eyes wide, widest they ever been Smile on the face, widest it ever been Few moments more, the frission has almost left Smile still stays, leaving pleasantly, a memory evergreen
