I would like to walk a mile
With heavy feet and a broken smile
It's fine to pretend, it's alright to hide
But I badly need to confide
Exhaustion is already lethargic
There's no use being apathetic
I would wish for the worldly attention
Hear my plea and listen to my affliction
I'm a bird without a flight
Demons keep stealing my placid night
My bones are papers in water
The torment in my soul is a horrendous vapor
Perhaps if I close these eyes now
Doomed heart may begin to cow
As painful meditation insist to hover
No tomorrow could come over
Should I see the sun?
Or should I be gone?
