They are the ones
brought you here on earth
their job was done
knew what you were worth.
Came in as a child
well thought of
everyone went wild
giving you plenty of love.
They're your mom & dad
best parents they are
everyone should be glad
that they're close & not far.
Always with you everywhere
where ever you may be
smiling at you with care
also as you can see..
they'll never leave your mind.
Also in your heart
God is with them too
keeping you together not apart
dad & mom & you.
So give the Lord the glory
he'll always be your friend
