You finish the chapter and close the book
Then someone opens another
And another
And another
And every time the book closes at The end

Sometimes someone shuts the book between pages
Sometimes you close it just as it starts
Other times you read the title and throw it out
But that doesn’t really matter
Because every book has a beginning an end and all the gory bits in between

And everything else
They tell you to write your own story
