Coveting the Next
Day in and day out
One day closer
Waiting for the next
Absent of all
Hoping all known is no more
Gone the memories
The experiences
The ones loved
Or hated
Or indiffered
Moving on
With You alone
Gazing at your creation
Contemplating what is given
But from afar
Absent of this form
Or what becomes of us
In every time
For all eternity
O' Great Creator
Free me from my *******
Turn me away from these chains
Chains bound by my own accord
My weakness so present
So aware
Overwhelming to the core
Banish me
The desires of many
See those lost
Reunite with those who've gone before
Freedom from pain and suffering
But I Covet Solitude
In Your Grace and Love Alone
No before
No after
No other
Eternally
In your presence
Free from sin and temptation
Knowing they Will
Having the courage to Follow
Free from choice
Indolent covetousness, the discernment of the corrupted.
