If the Ganges didn't drain into the sea
And the cosmos didn't stretch to eternity
My spirit would look for peace
By resting in painted skies and endless fields

Alas, the river is young and carelessly flows
It carries the silt of the past in its torrent
Some remain stranded on a safe shore
Yet, you chose to brave the current
