I weave no webs around your thoughts
I throw no swine before the pearls you've bought
As long as love's kiss is to prevail
One must abide before the gates of Hell
To taste the glory of the rain
One must be careful of lightning's pain
Or listen to the thunderous
roar
And the hail's rattlin' at your door
Should you live or choose to die
There will always be a bluer sky
We all dangle from the ropes of trees
Then comes the collector of all our fees
None come ready with stout desire
All are uncertain except the liars
