There will not be a full moon for several days..
It is hard for a poet to create poetry at night when there is no moonlight..
The stars are there...
But somehow the night is not the same when the moonlight is missing..
Romantic hearts like mine rely on the moonlight for dreams and inspiration..
I can try and imagine it...
But it is not the same..
Sometimes memories and past experiences are enough..
Sometimes they're not...
In the end I realize missing something is also a source of inspiration..
For melancholy will cause your heart to yearn..
I suppose that is what being a poet is about..
You can speak your heart when you are happy and when you are sad..
When you laugh and when you cry..
If day is sunny or cloudy..
But that is fine..
For that is exactly what life is for all of us..
Memories, happiness and sorrows..
So in a way all of us are poets..
Just some of us write what we feel..
Some will never write or tell their feelings..
If all of us are poets..
Then life must be a poem...
You, my dear reader, may wonder how a poem about the moon  became a poem about life...
The answer is simple..
Poetry is about both romanticism and reality...
For romantic thoughts would not exist without reality..
Reality inspires poetry...
Which means life could not exist without dreams...
And dreams can become a reality..
For now my dream is to write poetry by moon light..
The poem was about the moonlight after all..
