It's cobalt and cerulean
Over the horizon
In an abysmal shadowless cave
Swaddled in thoughts
Of  Dancing in Zion

It's the rusted pain
That'll wither away
Misted by the flame
Of bygone days

It's the erratic
Yet steady beat
Like the music
The trees dance to .

The need to claw into the yesterdays
And hold and breathe .
