Tragic End
The pain is overflowing,
As the gun drops,
I hope you went knowing,
It made my world stop.
The thought of this destroys me,
Wishing it not to be true,
But I just hate to see,
How the truth can be so cruel.
Even as time has passed,
The pain does not go numb,
I want it to be over fast,
But my body won't play dumb.
Wishing to know that you are safe,
And watching over me,
Hoping to somehow see your face,
But It will never be.
