Look at the shapes.
forming in the shadows.
we must flee the sun.
hide behind the drapes.
but only when theres nowhere else to run.
we feel the chill run down our spines.
but when they ask, we say we're fine.
waiting for night.
as the sun slowly falls.
we're fighting to breath.
as if time stalls.
emotions on high.
as angels drop.
tears from the sky.
the mindless beatings stop.
we feel a warm trickle.
as the blood flows from our necks.
it tickles.
a gentle laughter.
as he turns his back.
and recedes to the rafters.
he has reversed our bliss.
with a simple.
vampire kiss.
