all your thoughts

aspired to build a bridge and tear it down

but you watch every bolt go in

every peice of steel lay down

every cable contorted toward a heaven

called an apex of pressure and tension

you made the plans with flashes of light in your brain

the idea

from thought

to word

to mouth

to word

to mouth

an engineer wrote it down

and it has manifested from picture

to impact

so you watch the people walk over it

and you tear it down

waking up the steel

and making new thoughts
