forsaken
mirror across the room
standing alone
hands shaking
we think we are loving each other
when really,
we are only breaking...
i immerse myself
within the
melodies & harmonies
to push the
aching.
I'm running out of options,
how long can I keep quaking?
Pure intentions
perceived as enemy;
how now,
who's really doing the
forsaking?
