A Silent pond
Gentle Lily pads of which im fond
The Crickets pleasant song
Enjoying the view all along

Sitting in the grass
Seeing the Moon and Star
Just above the morass
A view unbeaten by those off far

A frog croaks
Its as if someone spoke
My eyes turn to see him there
Sitting without one care

A great Toad
As still as can be
I wonder if he can see me
As a dragonfly passes near the woad

A Croaking Cry
Removes the Dragonfly
The flower now clear of the pest
And the toad has a meal for his rest

I sit and smile
Truly this time was worth the ride
Without one thought that's Hostile
Truly I can unwind
Wrote this in my spare time
