So much death
Not enough life
So many tears
Not enough smiles
The things they say happen for a reason
But, why? We've done no treason
Lately, not enough sun
To shine through the dark clouds
It's like everything is shrouded
By memories both good and bad
You can't help to feel sad
Because lately
There's been too much death
And not enough life.
