May 2021
Head tilted back,
Body froze,
Legs locked,
Arms cold,
Tears shed,
They can’t stop,
Cause they know what they’ve done,
Cause now the damage is done.

Body closed,
Wrapped around in blankets,
My eyes shut,
Tear stains glued to my face,
Trying to shake all of you away,
But my dreams are not letting me,
Letting you go,
And I’m starting to think that I may have the problem.
