Memories

The way you're smile lit up

and how it changed my world

and how every time you spoke

it'd make my hairlocks curl

And the way you used to sing to me

and how it'd make me laugh so easily

And when you'd wrap your arms

around my waist

and you'd sneak a little kiss

oh, i miss that taste

And all the memories we made those days

not a single little moment will fade away

Cause i miss you

and i hope you miss me

how it all used to be

cause i still love you

and..

The way you'd talk so fast

and how i understood

and how every time we ate

i'd try to look real good

And the way you used to stare at me

and how it'd make me feel so beautifully

And when you'd rub your face

up against mine

and you'd take me straight to space

and we'd forget the time

And all the memories we made those days

not a single little moment will fade away

Cause i miss you

and i hope you miss me

how it all used to be

cause i still love you

and..

The way it hurt so bad

when you said goodbye

and how every time you'd call

i couldn't help but cry

And the way you'd say you still loved me

and how it'd make me cry more constantly

And when you'd call me to apologize

and you'd say your little sorrys

i just said my byes

And all the memories we made those days

not a single little moment will fade away

Cause i still love you
