But now the tiny pieces of myself
Are coming back together
And the splotches of paint
And emotion
Are intertwining themselves into a beautiful picture
That shows of love
And loss
And recovery
And I'm seeing for the first time
That sometimes you need to be broken
In order to put yourself back together
