beneath a blanket of stars
thicker than salt in the sea,
I sat and sat and sat watching,
stargazing and telling you
all my secrets and all my dreams
you took my face in your hands
and looked me in the eyes and said
by all means, “go, do, be.
“just so long as you change you to we.”
