Sapphire Sky
Your sapphire eyes rival the deep
morning sky, the abyssal depths
and the richest royal blue ever
hewn from the earth.
When I look into your eyes,
I see a sapphire sea, a sapphire
sky I could get lost in for years
if only, you’d let me.
