Humbling summer’s heat, your presence is like a sun,
Humbling winter’s chill, your eyes cool and calm,
Humbling Florence’s David, your smooth skin shines,
Humbling the night’s own darkness, your hair contrasts light,
And,
Humbling even my heart’s own beat, you are beautiful.
