As Mrs.Moon watches me Dream my striking dreams. I wonder what she thinks, Of my intergalactic scenes.
Looking down from above, I only feel her love, And what her love can bring.
But she's overwhelmed by my dreams So she turns to face Venus, to see what she thinks. Venus is frazzled! She mustn't act quick, For dreams are not temporary, but can be gone in one click.
Venus reassures me With hope, love, and joy That these dreams are normal And it's ok to be coy.
Mrs.Moon faces me once again, reaching out with her hand, “You must not stay here in this humanoid land! Your mind is far too evolved and interlaced, Please come live with us, And soar through outer space!
I took up her offer without second thought Starships, galaxies, and black holes I sought! I'm never going back to earth, not at any cost, Except to dream, With Mrs. Moon, lost.
