Dancing through the meadow
My fingers touching flowers
The wind in my hair
Oh, the sun was so bright

But the knife that I felt
When you took my innocence
Made the skies turn to grey
How could I remember the old days
Those flowers they kept dying
How does that make you feel?

Wandering through the meadow
The remains are dark and dusted
The cold chill in the air
The light had turned to darkness

But the knife the I felt
When I rose above you
The pain dulled
Just like the blade
I’ll never forget the old days
How does that make you feel?

You can’t touch me from this height
Your shaking legs will be your plight
The one you claim to be
May never come to light
But the demon I see
Can never hide from me
