If you marry me
What do you think you'd say
Would you wear your Sundays best
And give your soul to me

Do you think you could hold me in your arms
And take care of me for life

If you marry me
Can you be the shelter
The shelter for every hurricane
For every night where things just don't work
For every time I can't think right

Would you marry me
To see me grow in front of you
To watch me fail
And pick my heart up off the pavement
Could you love me in my darkest days

When you marry me
Will you take me in your arms
Will you dance all night long

When you marry me
Can you see our future in my eyes
And kiss me every night

I'll marry you under the stars
Or in a thundering storm

I'll marry you
For better or for worse

Will you marry me
Even if skies are grey
Even if sometimes things seem to fade
But even through the dim light
The sun always seems to find its way

But will you marry me?
