I used to love my name.
It reminded me I was unique.
Even when teachers couldn’t pronounce it right,
It was a part of me.
That’s when I was young.
Now I want no affiliation with it at all.

Named after my dad
Who decided to leave.
“He who is like God”
I’m not even religious in the slightest bit.
Now I can’t stand the sight
Of being reminded of what is left.
