Once a sweet scent that I'd never forget
A warm embrace, now just a reconizable face
The voice I loved, couldn't wait to hear, whispering in my ear
The backbone now brittle bruised an severed
A sorrow feeling for each tear shed, yet blood boils we bled
Gone in a instant, don't believe in heaven sent, but I had it
Fall child born, Fall childs call, Fall childs instinct to claw
Turning to a helping hand, left with nothing but legs to stand
Dead leaves crunch, heart swells much, love now a hunch
Shadows want to go skipping into the dark
Shadows want to be caught sipping in her heart
Battles between the wind and our limbs
Rattles through the trees again and again
Soaring in the air, gazing up to her stare
Morning on the ground, dead leaves crunch the only sound
Fall is upon us, fall is dauntless, fall has fell from us
